Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to physical books purchased from fin-morph.com, sold by FinMorph Ltd (Company No. 14829371), 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
1. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods and receive a full refund, provided items are returned in resaleable condition.
2. Condition of returns
- Books must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
- No writing, highlighting or page damage
- Original receipt or order confirmation included
3. Faulty or damaged goods
If a book arrives damaged or defective (printing errors, missing pages), contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or full refund including return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
4. How to return
- Email info@fin-morph.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send return instructions within 2 working days
- Post items to: FinMorph Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method
5. Return postage
For change-of-mind returns within 14 days, you are responsible for return postage. For faulty or incorrect items, FinMorph Ltd covers return costs.
